The T44W solves a common headache: a desk that needs a real business phone but has no convenient network jack. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi connects the phone to your wireless network, and integrated Bluetooth pairs wireless headsets or your mobile phone directly. Beyond the radios it is the same current-generation platform as the T44U: a 2.8-inch color display, 12 SIP accounts, Acoustic Shield noise filtering, and full-duplex HD speakerphone.

That flexibility makes it a favorite for home offices, retrofitted older buildings, and reconfigured floor plans where pulling new cable is not worth the cost. When Ethernet is available, its dual gigabit ports and PoE work like any wired phone. fvoip ships the T44W pre-provisioned; connect it to power and network (wired or wireless) and it registers your extension automatically, with all routing managed from the fvoip portal.
