Order it through fvoip and it arrives ready to work: plug it in and the phone pulls its configuration, your extension, and current firmware automatically. Changes happen in the fvoip portal, not in phone menus. One thing to know: the two network ports are 10/100 Mbps, so give the T31P its own drop if a desk daisy-chains a gigabit PC connection.
