Are trixbox and Elastix still maintained?

No. trixbox was discontinued around 2012, and Elastix was acquired by 3CX in 2016 and discontinued as a standalone product. Fonality's on-prem line was rebranded (NetFortris) and moved away as well.

Can I reuse my SIP phones?
